It took well over 40 minutes to get our food. Several other people just as long and other people just walked out with a refund because it took so long. The manager that was there didn't seem too busy because she sat outside watching her shows on her tablet instead of getting in there and helping her employees. She'd appear every now and then to bark orders but would just go back to doing what she was doing. She eventually found a better place to hide. I appreciate the employee that brought our food because he apologized for the wait.his name is Jeremy
I've only been to one Dairy Queen that I'd give five stars; Shelbyville, Illinois. But, these folks hustled and made a couple of good Peanut Buster Parfaits.
I have notice recently employees have given more respect and I have noticed Stacy (mgr) is always jumping in to help wherever she is needed. She is very kind. This morning Zach and Stacy did an awesome job! I am excited for the turn around our local Dairy Queen is making!! Thanks!!
I love the Midlo dairy queen mainly cause they are one of the few locations that add sprinkles in blizzards if you ask ud83dude0d if they were able to have more than like 2 people working so things could come out faster that make it that extra star.
The chicken and dumplings were a surprise to me coming from a Dairy Queen ud83dude05 low and behold they were on point! I could not believe it. Dumplings were just right.
