Customer service was awesome. When we placed our order, they immediately indicated there would be a 20 minute wait and asked if we were ok with that. We were not in a hurry so we waited. They gave us extra just for waiting. The team was extremely nice. Food was hot and good. ud83dude0a

They take zero pride in their work. Their customer service is undesirable. I went to the drive throughnon 3/24/21 to order a simple meal . The female who was taking my order was rude and her tone was crass and uneducated. She was acting as if I was annoying her by ordering food . People with that type of attitude should not be holding these types of positions . My family and friends will drive to another town when we want KFC . Disappointed!
