At two different locations, 1 in Denton and one on midlothian, it took ten minutes before ANYONE acknowledged my presence at the register. Crazy, right! There were at least 5 people in the back area. Yet no one came to the front to say some one would be there shortly. Will not go back.

Great pizza , quality customer service ...
My pizza was hard to chew because it was so dry! They hardly put any sauce. This is twice now that the pizza has been this way.
