The level of professionalism is above and beyond the regular service a customer would receive at a business of this nature. My personal experience has been nothing but good at Double C Canvas! Roy has personally helped me on different occasions and he was great... They even have a after hours service to pick up things you may need at the last minute. I call that top notch. The trucking business is tough but it has a small silver lining and this place is apart of that which makes trucking great for all of us who persevere and have longevity in this industry. Make sure to ask about the after hours pick-up service.
Anyone who thinks this place is great and wonderful has never dealt with a truly customer focused business. We spent a lot of money with these “wonderful” people and was told I didn’t pay enough for them to help Us load the equipment. Or even bring it out to Our truck with any organization. To top off this wonderful showing of appreciation, twenty minutes after We left, and the deal was done and paid for,, the owner calls Me to continue a “ confrontation” that only he and his happy little staff knew about. If you are in the market for the products they sell at double c and want to be appreciated and not over charged for installation and verbally harassed after he has your money,, visit tri-city canvas in the St. Louis area. And get the treatment a customer deserves.
Good people to work with, fair prices and pretty quick installs. I'd definitely recommend them.
