We are living in our travel trailer for several weeks while waiting to move into our new home. As soon as we got set up, the heat went out and it was a weekend. I called several mobile services recommended by the RV park and they wouldn’t answer or weren’t working. Preston Gates picked up the phone immediately and came out to check on our problem. We had issues getting parts because of a nation wide shortage but that didn’t stop him from trying. He came out twice trying to fix the heat but couldn’t make it work without the part. It was getting really cold so he wanted us to have heat. He dealt with Keystone since we were under warranty and we finally got a part. He would not give up until our heat was working again. Preston has so much integrity and we appreciated it. Our heat is working and he immediately came out when the part finally arrived and we had already paid him to do the work. He did not ask for more money since the heat never got fixed. He never gave up on us. We appreciate the help of someone who wanted to take care of his customers. We would highly recommend them!

Inspected systems on travel trailer and replaced fresh water pump. My favorite kind of company honest, knowledgeable, prices as they should be. Recommend. I will use again.

I the propane regulator on my Motorcoach had failed during the recent winter weather event. The resort staff recommend Gates Family Enterprises. I called them and they were there within an hour. They not only replaced the regulator but helped me with the hot water heater and washer/dryer combo issue. Very professional and very reasonably priced.

I called Preston when I discovered several leaks a day before the winter storm and needed a fix ASAP. Preston arrived within the hour between other calls and had my water system back in factory working order quickly and efficiently despite working in the rain and the discovery of several more problems along the way. He was happy to check out several other small issues I had been having that I had no expectation of being able to fix in the near future and solved those as well. Crew was courteous professional and capable. Gates family enterprises is the only service I would trust with working on my camper.
