Reasonable price very understanding and friendly ,affordable I will definitely return!!
I dropped off my boyfriend’s truck and after 4 weeks of not hearing from them, I called. I was told to come and bring by the parts I had for the future repairs. When I stopped in the next morning Hal helped me carry in the parts and told me my truck will be pulled in Monday/Tuesday latest! (this was Thursday) I gave him my date that I had to leave and return to Florida with the truck. He assured me they would get it done. I went on a planned trip to Canada expecting my truck to be fixed while I was gone. When I got back 6 days later, I called again. They hadn’t even moved my truck. They hadn’t even popped the hood. They had my truck for 5 1/2 weeks and never even began to work on it, called to tell me they didn’t want to do the work, and led me on to believe they wanted the work! 5 1/2 weeks!! Don’t trust them at their word. Their integrity is mighty low.
Hal and his staff are the best diesel wrenchs around! Just got a fuel pump in my 96 7.3. I got it back today. It runs perfect! Honest and professional.
Best diesel mechanic on the planet
Kinda pricey, but youd expect that at a shop of this nature. Knowledgeable staff. Happy with what they did for me. Honest people.
