We visited late evening for a meal. The waitress placed my order incorrectly and the first cup of coffee was definitely old coffee.nnThe manager corrected my order and made a fresh pot of coffee. After that it went well. Chicken fried steak and eggs were very good, tasty. And the fresh coffee and cream washed it down well.nnWe will return to this IHOP, but I hope next time the service is better.
Very clean, very friendly waitstaff
This was my first time stopping at The Colony location. I placed an order for breakfast to go. I was surprised that I had to pay $1.50 to take my order to go. I didn't mind except that I was not given any utensils or napkins with my order. If IHOP is going to charge people, then they need to include everything that is needed. I will be checking my order more closely next time. The food was pretty good though.
Food was fresh, hot and tasty. The pancakes were hot and good! And service was a delight! There was a 10 minute wait but well worth it!
If there is a possibility to give 0 or negative, i would be happy to give. Place wasn't that crowded but tables weren't cleaned, waiters don't even care about taking the order or to ask us to wait for few minutes. Not sure why a food place like this exist when you cant maintain customer service!
