Ordered thru app,nOrder was taken out to my vehicle quickly (about 2-3 min after putting in parking space number). Employee was friendly and polite despite the high volume of orders. The only thing that prevents me from giving 5 stars was the biscuits which where falling apart even before I got my order.

I took my kids there January 14, 2021 I ordered a 12 count with two large sweet tea‘s. It took almost 20 minutes to get our food and when they came out to check why we had been there so long I told them are used the app and they should have it. They brought out the order with a large drink and a medium drink.The large drink was a Dr Pepper and the medium was a sweet tea. I told the guy it was wrong and he said “it’s OK”. I didn’t have time to argue with him so I left.nnToday January 15, 2001, at 930pm I did a mobile order and requested a large sweet tea. The lady came out and said we are out of sweet tea for today sorry. She said I could cancel my mobile order on the app. She was incorrect.nnI am a avid Chick-fil-A customer but I will never go to the Chick-fil-A on Main Street in interstate 35 in Lewisville Texas ever again.

This is one of the worst locations I’ve been to. Sadly, it’s the one by my current apartment. All locations are busy but this one has incompetent leadership and it shows. I’ve never been to a location that makes you sit and wait so they can consolidate multiple app orders before bringing your food out. Has happened multiple times to me and my food is always cold as a result. Incompetent management needs to be fired. Point blank
