We ordered wings online to pick up on Friday after a solid week in subfreezing temperatures during the 2021 Texas Snowmageddon. The app told us it would be 45 minutes before the order was ready, which we understood after the past week that we endured. When we arrived, we were told it would be an additional 15 minutes due to the volume of orders, but gave us our drinks while we waited. Great customer service and totally worth the wait! Always great food, service and value.
My DoorDasher apparently stole my food, and these wonderful people were kind enough to honor my purchase and remake my order for me. Words can’t express my appreciation. They deserve a 5 star rating for their customer service
We love to have wings at least once a month, and we are never disappointed. The online ordering process is quick and easy. The fries are to die for, and their wings are always hot and delicious!
By far the WORSE Wingstop I have EVER HAD!!! I have ordered here 6 times only because they are the nearest one and each time, my wings are soggy and gross!!!! Tonight was my last time coming to this location. After placing on the order I want them well done, I called prior to coming and the manager was extremely rude!!!! I would rather drive 50miles to a Wingstop before ever spending money at this one
The woman working the cash register was unbelievably rude last time me and my daughter and in for a pick up order. I requested extra ranch and Jasmine threw it in the bag and it ended up exploding. She refused to get us another ranch or try to diffuse the situation. Then she literally said “that is not my problem ma’am” I can get better wings and service from domino’s.
