I had a project manager, which really gave me comfort, that kept up with the entire job from the beginning to the end. He came out to make sure of all the work I wanted, made sure it was performed by the painters, and then managed the job till it was complete. When some touch up still had to be done, the project manager saw that it was completely done. It took a few trips, but he never slacked until we were fully satisfied. Truly, the painters did a great job, but just needed to revisit several times. I love the paint job and the expertise was very good.
We've used Spray Tex Painting multiple times for our school property's concrete marking/spraying. They thoroughly pre-cleaned the applicable areas, then repainted our fire lanes, parking space boundaries and handicap symbols. They were punctual in returning our call, courteous, arrived on time and did an excellent job. They also came at a time convenient for us, which was at night in the dark and brought lighting, etc. Very fair pricing as well. I would highly recommend their work.
I really enjoyed meeting Sam and Josh and felt confident that all my painting would be done well. After the jobs (exterior and interior), they corrected all the minor issues. The cabinet job didn’t go as expected but they redid it to my satisfaction. I’ve met the president as well and I’m convinced that this is a good company with a passion for customer satisfaction and a drive for continuous improvement. I'm loving my newly painted home! Highly recommend this company!
Each part of the company - salesman, designer/ decorator, technician and receptionist were friendly and professional. We got plenty of time with the designer and the technician to discuss and try out samples so we knew exactly what we wanted. and- hand off to each department throughout the process was smooth. So happy with them so far. We’re getting the job done in the next week. Can’t wait.
They did a great job on my home in May 2020. They were professional and pained the outdoors of my home matching the previous color. They also did a good job texturing a bathroom wall for me. I am very pleased with their service and recommend them to any one looking for some help with their home improvement projects.
