Just had dental surgery and can't eat, but wanted a good shake. Thanks to the girl that helped me pick something. Taste so good!
The customer service is horrible hear. This young guy that wears a black mask with gold spikes on it, is never clean looking always has stains on shirt, he has blatantly lied to me about curbside saying that the order he received did not say curbside and curbside was clearly put on a receipt that he placed on the drink. He always seems to have an attitude, and is sloppy when making drinks. I was tasting pieces in my smoothie. This may be the last time I come if he’s there again. Either he doesn’t like his job, or he just has a bad attitude, either way it’s not a good look for Smoothie King.
Excellent customer service especially by the tall stunning beauty with the dark curly hair. She went above and beyond to make me understand what each drink contained and recommended a fantastic smoothie just for me. I will definitely go back to see her!
This location has gotten 10x better since the kids went back to school that ran this store all summer lol
The man in the golden mask working around 4pmn1/26 clearly wasn't feeling well but still gave me excellent customer service , and my smoothie was delicious.
