Drove out to their kiosk after speaking with them on the phone and asking a number of questions because the key I need to copy appeared to be a very specialized version. I asked what if the key was not one they support, the rep on the phone explained that the kiosk would clarify that and would advise further. It took measurements and then I paid for the copies and though they didn’t have necessary blanks on site they would ship them to me at a later date. I got home after this trip to find an email from them refunding the charge because of an in specific issue from their end after a “human review.” Big waste of time, I’d like my gas money back and value of my time too.
