Units are well cleaned and the price is great. New management is not rude like last one, so we have decided to place our stuff here. Customer service means a lot to us and she is not afraid to answer any questions you ask. I like her honesty, that says a lot about someone.

Been looking for a new storage unit in Justin other than Uhaul. Found this place and the rates are amazing, the manager explained that there is no one on site at night right now, apartment is being renovated, but she is there from 8 am to 5 pm Mon-Fri and Sat till 12 pm, gate closes at 7pm everyday. And they are installing security cameras and lights around the property. Manager also explained she is new but things are changing for the better. I would definitely recommend this place.

I have decided after looking at the units and talking to the young lady there today, I will be transferring all my stuff from another storage unit in Justin who has very high prices to these units. These are very nice size units and very reasonably priced. But mostly I like the new manager they have, she extremely nice, helpful, and up front with all your questions.

If I could give 0 stars, I would.nHad our camper there LESS than a month before it was STOLEN. Yes, stolen.nAnd somehow it’s our fault. Let me mention there was no manager staying on-site the night of the occurrence (as we were told there was a “live-in” manager), no surveillance to take video, and no CLOSED/ LOCKED gate to protect our thousand dollar+ investment.nDO NOT USE THIS PLACE.

SCAM. STAY AWAY. This place has no cameras installed nor an electeonic gate yet. We rented here with the understanding these things would be installed soon and that there was a live-in manager. What they didn't say was that the live-in manager was replaced with a manager that decided to go home and leave the gate open OVERNIGHT with NO CAMERAS during which time our camper was stolen and of course they won't do the right thing and claim responsibility for their blatant negligence. They also have employees leaving 5 star reviews to combat our complaints like the 5 star review by Brittany their new property manager.
