Apparently, the employees working here can't understand simple instructions. I asked for a triple whopper with cheese AND bacon and I get a triple whopper with no cheese and bacon. I made it very clear when I said it THREE times and I wait nearly 15 minutes and they still can't get it right. Really? Like every Burger King, employees and management don't seem to care. The quality of the food is mediocre. This is what Burger King has come down to. Unbelievable.

They forgot to put cheese on my burgers. They always forget something. I ordered online and it doesn't really make any difference in speed of service.

I love burger King yet these new people working there don't know how to pay attention of taking an order, probably doing 3 jobs at once.
