The food is great and the service is friendly. The only thing is that there's way too many people but besides that, they are pretty quick to deliver your food. The wait time for me and my party of 4 was around 15 to 20 minutes which wasn't bad plus there were 2 other families in front of us. Other than that it was a great place to get brunch, but do take into consideration that they are really busy during breakfast, lunch and dinner and not so quiet.

Our family has had issues at this location in the past BUT we were pleasantly surprised this time. The server was great and very friendly. He WAS just about the only one working but he was very kind and attentive. The other server literally did almost nothing the whole time we were there (which seems to be typical and an ongoing issue at this location) I am leaving 4 stars solely based on the excellent service we got on this visit. Hopefully it stays this way and if the other servers join in this would be a pretty good ihop. Kudos to a job well done this visit. I have never really witnessed one waiter waiting every table and answering the phone before and be as efficient as he was. He kept our drinks refilled and the food was hot.

Good food and Courtney was the best server. However, since I visited them about a year ago, they have cut down their open hours. THEY ARE NOT OPEN 24 HOURS A DAY. They typically close down around 9pm each night. Management says its because they don't have enough servers. We have tried to go there after church and each time (4x) they have been closed. Because Courtney used to work there is the only reason that they got 2 stars.

I’ve been going there for a while now. And last time I went It just wasn’t what I was used to. The food came out fast but I almost felt like they were running me out of there. Ig because I ate by myself. I understand it’s a breakfast place and it’s busy but just felt rushed. I would recommend you look for any other breakfast place before going here.

Good food. Exactly what you expect for IHOP. They need to staff up in the kitchen and front of house. A little slow and watching carry out while waiting for food at a table isn’t a lot of fun.
