For the most part (given the location and massive amount of people they serve daily) they do a great job.nnHowever, take a jacket, they keep it very cold inside and if you plan to have dessert, you'll have to send your check back (we've eaten here a dozen or so times and no one has ever asked before dropping a check).nnFood is tasty, service is mostly nicely paced, and they're accommodating for someone with food sensitivities.

First time here. We had a large party there was 10 people. The food was good and the service was good. The bus boy did an excellent job. We were discussing about we were missing 2 salads and he over heard us talking about it and went and got the 2 salads for us. As I try to give him a tip he said ( No sir I can not take this and said he was not allowed to take tips.)So I asked him to get the manager. She came over and said yes he may accept the tip. I asked her to send him over. He would not come back to the table. So I noticed him walking by and gave him the tip. Manager came back to help with the food and took care of the food that was wrong or overcooked. Then she comped most of our food for the hassle. I would recommend this place to anyone for good food and good service.

We had a fabulous dinner on Friday night. There was a crowd but we were seated right when they said we would be! The food was amazing. We brought home a LOT of leftovers as the portions were quite large. I want to give a special hand clap to our wonderful waitress Alex! She was so friendly and attentive but not annoying which you know is a fine line sometimes. The manager stopped by to check on us as well and we mentioned to her that Alex was doing a fantastic job. Keep up the great work Texas Roadhouse Northlake location. We will be back!

When you pay the most for the best steak in the (porter)house it should be just that. I shouldn't have to spend all my time cutting around gristle on the edges, the middle and near the bone. My wife's steak was good and all the trimmings, but I've had a better steak at Golden Corral. Very disappointed. The server was so busy being upbeat that he didn't even notice all the gristle on the plate when he took it away. If my daughters had not been servers in college I would have left him a penny.

I was running late to pickup my order due to icy roads. On arrival i found a very courteous team of ladies waiting to hand out my order at the pickup window. Keep up the good work ladies...food was still warm and tasted good.. will be back soon!
