Today at 7:15 am, Thanksgiving morning, I found Walmart to be closed, but my neighborhood CVS was open. Standing inside alone was the sweetest young lady awaiting her first customer.nI hope that was me because I wanted to start her day like she started mine, with a smile and warm greeting. Hopefully my gift of flowers will insure her day will be one to remember.nBill Mills-Argyle

Maybe the longest wait in the outside pharmacy line that I have ever experienced. 45 -60 minutes wait. This is normal at this store. I think it's time to take my prescription business elsewhere.

Do yourself a favor and skip this, CVS pharmacies really just aren’t worth your time. And you aren’t worth their time either apparently.nnI came in just before 7:40 to get a prescription filled for an inhaler. I was ignored for several minutes while waiting in the designated line that nobody else was in. Finally I was asked if I needed to drop off a prescription and I said yes, but was quickly ignored again by the same person. Another girl came up to the counter to offer her help, and when I handed her the prescription she informed me that they wouldn’t be able to fill it until tomorrow morning. When I asked for my prescription back, I received a scoff and an eye roll from the employee.nI’m just a normal person trying to fill a prescription. I waited patiently, spoke kindly, and simply asked for the prescription back since I needed it filled before the morning as I have a busy schedule.nAfter leaving and heading to my car. I saw the same employee who ignored me, rushing out to her car several minutes before 8 to leave, I suppose in a rush to get off work. (I hope nothing too terrible).nnI ended up going to a Walgreens down the road about 12 minutes and they were able to fill the prescription in 10 minutes, including contacting my doctor to sort out a mistake on the prescription. And they filled one other prescription as well.

This pharmacy does not enforce mask or social distancing. A few days ago i made a trip to CVS and the employees did not enforce the mask mandate or social distancing allowing customers to enter the store without a mask walk right up to customers faces. Today i walk in there and two of the Employees walked up to me with masks over their chin. Unbelievable

Always disorganized. You are told that your meds will be ready at 10am. When you arrive atn1:45. They tell you it should be about 20 more minutes. Then after waiting for 30 minutes they offer to tell you that trey are out of your prescription. NEVER smooth !!!!
