Called for a quote on a simple repair, said they could definitely handle that and needed 15 minutes to give me a quote and would call me right back. Took my information down and it’s now been 5 days. How do you just strait up not call someone back after saying you could handle it?! How do you trust a shop that can’t return a phone call with your car, I know I can’t.
As others have mentioned, great customer experience. I was replacing the alternator and fan bearing on my '97 911. Since I do not have a press, I needed the old bearing pressed out and the new one pressed in. Stopped by and asked if they could do this and they said sure. Left it with them and shortly after they called and said it was ready. Didn't even charge me for the service. If you need any auto work done, you should give them a try.

If you decide to wait for your car, they have a very comfortable waiting room with complimentary snacks and drinks.
I went to Fifth Gear to get my front brakes looked at because of squealing. They inspected my brakes free of charge with a recommendation to warranty the pads. Its refreshing to come across good, honest people in the auto repair industry. They will receive my general maintenance business.
