I’m so glad Justin still has Finish Line after all these years!! They’re not in business to rob or mislead you!! Steve is always a delight chatting with and will do his best to answer m y million questions I always have. It was pretty busy from what I could see and I was in there 30 min top and had tires oil change and inspection done!! can’t beat that !!. The guys know their stuff!!

I have very mixed feelings. I wish I could give a positive review.nnThe employees are very friendly, the waiting area is usually pretty clean, for things like state inspection/oil changes they seem prompt, but if you're looking for an alignment.. maybe take it somewhere else.nnI called 1/12 to bring my 2002 Regal to them for alignment on 1/16. I was told I didn't need to make an appointment, to just come by, they were open until 2. That is what I did, I got there at 8am and I ended up being there for about 2 hours. This was frustrating in itself, as I wanted to make an appointment to avoid this, but not my reason for complaint.nnOnce on the machine at about 9:30am, they ran the report which showed it was horribly misaligned, which was no surprise. Kinda happens when you put all new front end suspension parts on and a new steering rack in..nnI have had several of the same body style cars (gm w-body), so I know that you need the adjustable aftermarket camber bolts for alignments. I brought some with me so I wouldn't have to wait for parts.nnThe guys came back in telling me they would need to order parts (camber bolts); I told them the camber bolts were in the front seat, which I had told the guy at the desk when I gave them the keys, but, because the bolt head was a different size socket from the stock bolts, they wouldn't use them. (common for them to be different than stock..)nnThey continued to tell me that they would need to grind out the bolt holes on my brand new struts to make the adjustments, which would be an additional 3 hours of labor. This did not sound right, none of my other w-bodies had required the extra work, and the reason you use the adjustable camber bolts is to make it easier to adjust - so that you don't HAVE to grind out those bolt holes. The same camber bolts also worked just fine in my other cars that were of the same body style.nnThey wanted me to leave the car with them, but I took it home to discuss my concerns with my other half.nnOn my way out, the guy working the front desk was instructed to put together and send to me an estimate for the work. I never received it.nnFast forward - We went elsewhere and confirmed that they absolutely DID NOT NEED to grind out the bolt holes on the struts and the camber bolts worked perfectly fine.nnI don't know if they were just uneducated on my particular vehicle or trying to get the extra 3 labor hours of $ from me, but I will be going elsewhere from now on.

I had low tire pressure in one of my tires and went to get air in it. When I arrived, they told me that the air pressure was fine but it could be a sensor or some other issue. This seemed odd since I know when my tire pressure is or looks low. I went to go drive to a different shop to put air in it since they obviously wouldn't and as I was driving, the tire blew out. This could have been prevented entirely if they had just filled my tire as requested.

Went in for oil change and was 1st in line, guy who works there asked if I wanted a transmission flush which I knew it needed. So I asked how much it would cost and was told $120 and it will take 20 min.nEnded up being $150 for the transmission flushnAnd taking 1 hour and 15 min to complete greatnn**I recommend you post pricing instead of your employees telling customers the wrong price. I’d also recommend not giving a time and it taking 5 times longer than stated.

I’ve been going here for years for oil changes. But now I am happy that they do everything and do it well. They took care of my check engine problem, have had flushes done and have been happy with everything. My car runs so much better now and getting better gas mileage. Thanks to Steve, Gary and Dustin for taking care of a high maintenance customer.
