Very clean and very well laid out. One of the best CVS's in the area. Staff is helpful.
I went there with colleagues for my covid test, my phone was dead and I went in to see if someone could help with scheduling, everyone there seemed unconcerned and acted like I was a burden, I finally used someone else's phone and was able to get the test done...5 days later still no test result...I have called over a dozen times to their help center ...I took this test so I can travel in 3 days but guest what? They still don't have results despite the fact that everyone else who took the test during the time I did has gotten their's.nCalled the pharmacy and who ever picked up left me on hold for 30mins...
Best pharmacy I have dealt with! The pharmacist are not only extremely knowledgeable but they are also very helpful! They will try to find ways to save you money and help you along the way!
The service here is fantastic. The pharmacists are not only extremely competent, they go out of their way to treat you like a human ... super friendly and genuinely concerned about your well-being.
This has got to be the best CVS in the DFW area. The Manager Michael, will assist you as if he's a regular cashier. He's very pleasant, kind and extremely helpful. Shout out to the store and especially Manager. It starts with good Management
