The cashier shorted me one dollar this morning...9/18/20 around 9:30 am...wonder how many times he has done this before I caught it...GoodBye 7/11...I guess losing about $400 a month is no big deal for you!
1st I am standing in line and they let one of their own people/culture/ethnicity cut right in front of me to check him out when I was next in line. Then I said that was not ok to let some one cut in line and he got mouthy and then charged me for a item multiple times and I said something about it when I caught him, so I said something again and his co worker came in agessive and took my items off the counter and told me to leave and refused to let me purchase goods. Worst workers I have ever encountered in a 711.nBoth of these employees should be fired for how rude they were and lack of honest and good customer service.
OMG!!! T-Jay is a real hero. I had dropped my Visa card in his store and after 5 hours of searching I retraced my steps, called his store and he was going holding it. It makes me feel good to know that there are still good people ud83dude0a.nThanks again T-Jay, you give me hope for this world
It may be none of my business but being on the road so much, I really appreciate 7-11s. A cashier here gave me a couple of pennies extra on my change back with no receipt. I went back to get receipt, and same cashier was giving $100 cash to a guy in front of me that had just purchased a lotto card. Ok, fine. When I asked for my receipt for the stuff I just bought with cash, he couldn’t find the receipt, couldn’t re-print it and couldn’t help me ‘after 3 people’. The guy next to him said same thing. Very annoying. Perfect store, not so perfect staff.
