My husband and I have gone to Suit Supply twice to get a Tux for him. We worked with Matt both times and had such a wonderful experience. He is kind, honest, professional, and extremely knowledgeable. Due to Matt's service and expertise, we will be Suit Supply customers for life. Thank you Matt for being so great to work with!

The quality of the company’s clothes is outstanding, as well as the suits are very much of my liking. However, the treatment we received from an employee was completely awful and disrespectful. Yesterday I went with my sons to the Dallas store and an associate named Carlos was always making faces and gestures and giving us a terrible shopping experience. This guy made us wait a while for him to help us out, was rude to us and, while we were still shopping and waiting to try some suits, he decided to go help other customers and treated them completely different from us. We spent thousands of dollars in suits and shirts and the treatment we received was definitely not even close to what we would’ve expected from a store like this, specially spending that amount of money. Yesterday we asked him whether the Plano store would be open today, since we wanted to see more options and that store is closer to us, and he told us he didn’t know about anything besides from his store and wouldn’t even try to research. Essentially, he was really rude throughout the whole experience. Today, we came to the Plano store and, with my bad luck, the same guy Carlos, who told us he didn’t know about any other SuitSupply store, was there. The other employees were busy, so we decided to give him another opportunity and I couldn’t have regretted more my decision. Once again, Carlos was taking hours for everything we needed and his overall treatment was rude and diminishing. My son tried no more than 3 shirts, and when he asked him for a fourth with a different pattern and fabric the employee said “Are you really gonna try more shirts?”, to which we replied yes, since not only is it his job but we were also going to buy those shirts. He said that all the shirts were the same size when they really were not, so we grew tired of him and I asked to be attended by another employee, pointing out his rudeness and poor service. Once again, he replied “I’m sorry, but it is what it is”. Not only is that comment completely unnecessary, but also not what you would expect from anyone in a customer-based and expensive store. Finally, an associate named Matt ended up helping us out, but despite the great quality of the store, I truly do not want to spend any more money in a place were I don’t feel respected. I truly hope the company can reach back and find a solution for this person, because he certainly cannot attend customers the way they deserve.

I normally don’t wear suits but one in the window caught my eye. It was an easy process to get fitted for a custom version and have it ordered. This was my first experience with the brand and Carlos did a good job representing it.

I've purchased items from both the Dallas and Plano locations and I will definitely be back. Suitsupply Quality and customer service is second to none.

There were a number of issues that occurred with getting my custom tuxedo in time for my wedding, but it was all addressed accordingly. The quality of the tux is very good for the price point!
