I started with Beyond at the recommendation of my orthopedic surgeon as a means to strengthen by back and core muscles. Roll forward 18 months, I'm stronger, leaner and have great muscle tone. The instructors at Beyond are phenomenal, very encouraging and helpful - they motivated me to stick with it and gave me modifications when I wasn't strong enough or able to do certain moves. The studio offers flexible scheduling mornings, afternoons, evenings and weekends, which is what I needed. I am so grateful to Beyond and all their staff for assisting me in getting healthy and physically fit!

I absolutely LOVE BEYOND! I am so addicted!!... to the instructors, the environment and just the all around love you feel being here. There is NO other place I would go than BEYOND. This was exactly what I needed at the right time! This is MY Sanctuary ❤

I’ve been coming to Beyond’s classes for just over a year. Each class is just as fun, different and challenging as when I started. I’ve moved an hour away and still come 3 times a week. Great exercise, wonderful instructors.

Amazing support from trainers/coaches - fun dynamic workout in a positive group environment. Fun music - every workout is different and can be modified for any level of Pilates experience or any weakness or injury you might have to overcome. Beyond is a special place where you miss not going if you skip a few days - the people who work there become your friends and the other members become your tribe. If you have never gone to Beyond Pilates Frisco - please do yourself a favor and go give it a try and find your new workout home!

I would highly recommend joining BEYOND Pilates! Awesome workout with great instructors and the members that I met were all very friendly.
