Items that say they have in stock are not. They don't have hand sanitizers at the shopping carts.
Don't bothered calling, they don't answer the phone on the main line or HR. If you let it ring long enough someone will pickup and hangup.nnGreat job remodeling. Store looks very clean, well stocked. Returned 2 items with receipt, had no problems, staff was very friendly and helpful.
This Walmart was just starting to get busy. The easy layout of the store allowed for a fast item locate. Several choices slowed the process a bit. But store efficiency was noticed as navigating from the back to the front of the store did not take long. The regular checkout lines seemed an issue with more than 3 or 4 people awaiting checkout with only 3 lanes open. Self checkout also had several people waiting to complete their turn. But a friendly cashier seemed to improve the process in my case.
2 days ago I went to grocery pick-up only to see 1 poor young lady working a full 9 lanes of customers so it took about 35 minutes to pick up which is fine but the issue was I called the store 11 times to reach a manager, twice i was hung up on & 9 other times continuous ringing. If I could give a 0 I would!! Time to move to Frisco pick up services!
Never cared for Walmart in the first place but this place is just going downhill.
