Walmart Auto Care Centers

This is the worse auto center I have ever experienced. The customer service is horrible. The Department manager was no help at all basically saying they don't have time to call another store and to call myself. There were several issues with the area of the store and I will not be using their auto Department.

Got 4 tires ordered and delivered to this store for installation. I made an appointment for install and it took over 2 hours even with an appointment. Once completed I left. The next morning one of my ties was flat. I aired it up and didn't notice any leaks. Again, the next morning it was flat. I went back to walmart and they said it would be 2 hours before they could take a look. I explained my story but that didn't seem to matter. So, since I couldn't wait that long, I came back a few days later and they said it would be 2 hours before they could take a look again. After explaining my situation again they said I would have to call in and book an appointment. So I called in to book an appointment and they said they don't take appointments unless I am having tires installed. I held my tongue and asked for a manager. The manager agreed to give me an appointment to have me come in the next day to fix my tire. I came in and after a fairly long period of time, not sure of the exact time amount of time, the manger said they found the value was broken and needed to be replaced. She said it would be $15. I told her that in replacing all 4 tires I also replaced all 4 valves. She then informed me that they were out of valves then so they didn't get replaced so I refused to pay for valves I already paid for. After some debate she finally agreed to comp the valve. Now a few weeks later and I am having other tires go flat. Usually overnight when I wake up I find a flat tire. I cannot get a hold of walmart (no one answers). I spent over $700 to get new tires at Walmart on 423/Stonebrook and still have to air them up everyday and WalMart will not respond. I can't leave a bad enough review but I can tell you that with an abundance of placed to go to get tire/auto service I would go out of my way to avoid this location.

unless you live in the building, getting in touch with auto care center is useless. Imagine trying to schedule service for your car to a place that never answers their phone. Either shut down or hire someone to answer the phone. Come on answer the phone!

I always bring my Lincoln MKX here. I’ll bring it here instead of the dealership to get an oil change. The service is very friendly and very quick. That’s technicians or a certified and we always get it right. Plus Walmart is always offering specials on oil changes.nnThere is no other place where I bring my vehicle to get regular maintenance things taken care of.nnBeing a local Frisco realtor I need to keep my car in great repair and that’s why I bring it here.
