I was referred to Brakes Plus by the team at Discount Tire whom I trust with my car tires. The employees at Brakes Plus are very nice and knowledgeable about cars. They do almost everything except for mounting tires. Pricing is very competitive to other places and the quality is superior. They did take a longer to complete the work on my car then originally quoted but overall no issues. I would gladly bring my car to Brakes Plus again.
Great Services and Good People...nThey found issues that other shops didn't. Instead of offering services that I didn't need or masking the problem. They took the time to actually target the issue. Yes it was a long process but they drove me home. I received a call when it was ready and was picked up. The price was fair and I received a coupon. Great value, quality, and service...
Very professional, very quick , on point and yet still maintains friendliness. I went to Brakes Plus right after I left another auto shop since I did not feel they were being honest with me. I had a totally different experience with Brake Plus as compared to the other one. I am very glad that I did! From the moment I walk in till the moment I walk out, everything went smoothly! I've used Brakes Plus for several years. This new location is closer to me and more convenient of course. Same quality, honesty and professionalism with this team as with the old one up the road. They just do great work and back it up with honesty and a lot better than any David, Johnny or Tom neighbor could do for sure.
Lights came on in my dash today. As a female.. knowing NOTHING about cars.. I came here and had the Best experience. The employees were GENTLEMEN, kind, and helpful! Answered all my questions and more. Very fast and professional.
