Ordered tires online seamlessly. Called to reschedule our installation effortlessly. Got the tires changed and was on my way in 30 mins after my arrival. Discount Tire operates like well-oiled machine. This was my time using them but I'm now a customer for life.

Brought my car here for some new rear tires. Always come to them and highly recommend Sam and all the guys who work here. Sam is one (the) manager at this location, needless to say great customer service. Would like to thank all the staff and everyone here for there magnificent help with doing an amazing SAME DAY REAR TIRE CHANGE IN 40 min !!!.

I brought my daughters car into the discount tire location in The Colony and I had the pleasure of working with both Chris and Sam. They were extremely professional, very knowledgeable and the level of customer service we received was impeccable. I would highly recommend this location to anyone looking for new wheels or tires. I placed an order online for a replacement tire since I punctured one of my own this morning on my way to work. Between placing the order online and walking out of the store with my tire replaced, the whole process took less than an hour. Even though they were busy, they were super friendly and fast. Definitely recommend them if you need a tire replaced asap!
