This is the firestone next to my house. Still I always end up taking my cars to the one in Frisco. The Frisco staff is friendlier and always have better pricing available. Looks like the Colony guys cannot even get business from their own neighborhood, where as Frisco guys are winning it from outside their territory.
Left my car there for over a week, told me my car was an $8k fix. When my insurance called To ask what the issue was they said they needed another $600 to “diagnose” the issue. Went to pick up my car and the entire inside was trashed. Someone had obviously broken into my car while it was there. The guy at the front told me that I had probably left it unlocked, which is comical considering they have the only key and it’s been parked there a week. Real shady establishment. I would not trust them with any vehicle running or not. Literally go anywhere else, someone on the side of the road is going to be more helpful then these clowns.
Went there for a battery change and they were very straightforward and friendly. Lower price for installation than a nearby competitor and had me out in a little over 30 minutes. Quick service and spoke with two polite and friendly employees. Very satisfied
This place was awesome!! I called and got same day Appt. , Robert was an Angel. The service was fast they got me In and out in time to get to my job on time. They were also affordable. I had three qoutes and they were the lowest. I will definitely be backud83dude0a
Very happy with there service. My car needed new battery and they were so quick to put the new battery on this cold day.
