We scheduled a time to come in and talk with Mark Atkins days in advance and when the day came we actually were running behind. When we arrived, he was really really busy but that is to be expected in such a reputable dealership. I did feel like we should have been helped more and given more one on one time but thankfully we knew the EXACT vehicle we wanted and researched it thoroughly. Everyone was so nice but again, very very busy. We already had the financing taken care of with our Bank so thankfully that saved us HOURS in purchasing the vehicle. Mark was very nice and everyone else as well! Will def return in the future to purchase again! The ONLY thing I think they could work on is their Coffee/ hospitality area. More options for drinks and snacks would be appreciated especially when people have to wait. Again, Loved this place! Thank you!

My experience with Hendrick Volkswagen was excellent. Mark Atkins was nice and took me in right away. The staff greeted me as I walked in. I literally just went to go look around and see how I would need to pay but Zully, really nice person who attended me took care of me and helped me through the process. I got a great deal for a brand new car that I am excited about. Kevin Hatfield also was nice and friendly. The place being new was really nice and felt comfortable. They sanitize everything which si thought was very important. I got a little tour around the place and got familiar. I even got a free t-shirt lol I definitely recommend it here. Their selection of cars is extensive.

I had a good experience buying my Volkswagen Atlas 2021 at the Hendrick Frisco location.nTurn around is reasonable, Pricing was not a deal breaker. customer service is topnotch. I will for sure look forward to doing more business with this team. Thank you George for your help and detailed explanation and follow up

He was very attentive and patient with me.nI was looking for an SUV and from the minute I walked into the dealership, Will made my trade-in and purchase Of a new vehicle very pleasurable and pleasant. His knowledge and sincere interest in your wants were pleasing. Great place! Philip Van Tuyl at the Hendrick Volkswagen was great! I called he was very kind and knowledgeable of the issue my car could have. Once my car was checked he called me and notified me. It was a very time efficient and a painless process. I can honestly say it has been the first time in the last 3 years(since I bought my car there) that I have gone to this dealership and I don’t have a single negative experience... only a great experience.
