Having had credit cards with Chase for over a decade and an account over a year, I have been pleased their products and services. I needed to open a savings account 2 weeks, so I decided to visit a branch. Brittne Shorts made the process seamless, and made me feel like a valued customer. In addition, this branch has a nice layout with a welcoming staff.

Customer service here puts the F in failure.nnI attempted to open an account yesterday around lunch time.nnBad idea.nnAs soon as I walked in a young lady greeted me and told me that everyone that could help me was either at lunch or about to go to lunch and that I needed to make an appointment.nnGranted this isn’t the best time to walk in someplace but you’d think a competent manager wouldn’t have all their staff that can perform a task like open an account…out to lunch at the same time.nnI mean even if there is no one to help…there is always someone who can help.nnThe branch manager, Rachel, approached and decided to help her staff member schedule me an appointment on their tablet to open an account - instead of trying to help me (a live person in front of her) open an account.nnPro tip: avoid this branch at lunch time - apparently it is an inconvenient time for them

I was hesitating to come here because of the extreme low rate but i still went since it's closest. The service was AWESOME. The employees are so welcoming and helpful. I'm writing this review to help the rate reflect the true service!
