I have not physically been to this branch however I have worked with Angela Brad for a Home Loan. It was an absolute pleasure to work with Angela and her assistant Brittani they went above and beyond to help get everything in place to close on my house.nnI was initially working with another lender when my realtor suggested I check with Angela for what she could offer. Upon inquiring with Angela, she was able to get me set up quickly with a lot less effort than the lender I was already working with. When letting the other lender know that I decided to work with Chase instead, the person I was working with claimed that Chase would not be able to get my loan in place before closing. This was not at all the case. Everything was definitely ready at my closing date. I didn't not care for this other leader attempting to bad mouth a competitor and it also made me realize I made a good choice by going with Chase.nnIf I ever plan to re-finance or finance another home I will definitely go back to Angela and Chase!

This branch location, more specifically Paul Wynn (Asst VP) and Michael Sutphen (VP), restored my faith in Chase Bank. I had countless negative experiences at other Chase locations in Frisco and Fort Worth. I can't thank Paul Wynn enough for being so helpful, friendly and patient in answering all my questions and assisting me with my requests. I highly recommend this branch location for your personal and business accounts!
