I have had this storage for quite some time. The rent has gone up a lot, and this last increase had me very disappointed. To my knowledge, I wasn’t even notified of the rate increase. They would notify though to pay my rent. Also, my ceiling was falling down in my unit, and I was told there was nothing they can do about that unless I move out of the unit. Well I just figured if I’m going to do that, I might as well move on out.
Very secure and the manager was super helpful. He even offered us some water, because it was so hot outside. Highly recommend this place for your storage needs.
Not worth it- no 24hr service to access your items. Uhaul w 24hr access for same size is $40 cheaper per month.
