Hya'Nethia was terrific! She walked us through all of our options and was patient while we were frantically trying to find a place to store our possessions from our storm damage. It was so nice to have someone so nice and knowledgeable to help us. We would recommend the Witt Rd facility to anyone!!

I was a little upset when Public Storage in Frisco raised my rates. There is no contract and I suppose it is there ability to do that. I called and complained about the charge being significantly higher and the attendant I spoke with said she would run it up the flag pole and she did. Within 24 hours or so I received a call back and they weren’t able to give me my initial rate but somewhere right in the middle. Being a tougher time living in America every dollar counts. I appreciated them working with me and I stayed because of it. The facility is clean but does not offer a dumpster to its tenants. I don’t think any of them do but it would be greatly appreciated if they did. Bathrooms are clean and serviceable and the rates are fair. Just pay attention because they may raise them on you when you are not paying attention to the emails. I like how it it climate Controlled and there is even a security guard. They take Covid-19 seriously and will ask you to wear a mask. They are not animal friendly so don’t bring in your pup like I did one time. I was kindly asked to not bring animals in. My dog is a service animal but I have obliged as to not have another incident. I would recommend this location as it is in a well lit area and there is so much security. Let me know what you think of this location.

Over the summer, my brother passed away and I found out he had a storage at this location. The location manager, Hy, was very helpful. Now, I am in need of another unit. Again, Hy was amazing and helped the reservation process go smoothly. I highly recommend this location.

We have 2 storage units at the Witt Road facility. The property manager Hy is awesome. So nice and accommodating. Highly recommended.

Hya ‘Nethia is so professional and wonderful to work with. She made our nightmare from the flood and gave us storage information and walked us through the size we needed for the furniture smoothly. Thank you Public Storage for hiring such a professional and kind and understanding employee. She is definitely management material.
