Reviews
Misleading invoices. They issue receipt for payment towards one month and then apply it to another month. I was issued an invoice on 1-1-20 for $75 and my trailer was towed on 1-7-20. I recently paid my December invoice that only showed a balance due of $75. Any rational person would assume they were current on rent. They illegally had my trailer towed and when the tow company was presented with this and other info they towed it back to RLOS. They did not follow proper protocol per TPC ch 59 and do not have the ability to enforce a lien. It’s been 8 months now and they still refuse, despite providing them with clear and undeniable proof that they do not have the ability to enforce a lien, to return my trailer that I need for business purposes. Very shady tactics employed by RLOS.... beware.
Great place to store an RV, reasonable rates for the area. Everyone in the office is super nice which is rare compared to other storage places I've used.
