Lee the store manager at Main Street Frisco store #6407 was absolutely phenomenal at customer service. We order from the store at least once in two weeks and one time we had a less than optimal experience with a carry out order. He went above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied with the food and the experience. Truly appreciate good customer service! Thank you Lee.

Pizza was delivered late and VERY cold! It was burned around the edges (thin crust) and tasted dry and disgusting. We just moved to the area and this is the 2nd time that we ordered from this location. The location in Little Elm is MUCH better!! We will not be ordering from here again.
Ordered a pizza and had a very quick and easy pick up, girl was very nice and welcomed me in. Customer service was amazing however the cleanliness could be better.
