I was told in the drive thru they put a 1/4 lb of meat on their potato. I wish I could post a picture of this 1/4 lb. We have had their potatoes before and the amount of meat wasn’t even close! I think their scale needs calibrated.
Went to the drive thru and received 1.3oz of brisket on my baked potato. My 6 month old son eats more than 1.3oz. Called the store and “they pay $400 for their scales” per the gentleman at the window. I go to the dickeys in Denton and will continue to do so.
Terrible service! Good food but mess up the orders 99% of the time so I will not be returning! Every time we ask for loaded potatoes we hardly get any meat or no toppings at all. There’s always something missing and no attempts from them to correct the situation. I’ve called left messages and no returned calls so they clearly don’t care about customer service or about fixing their problems with service.
Yummy they always stuff my plate and love their waffle fries!!
Very well organised and accessible spot. They provide generous meals and for reasonable prices. I enjoyed the food a lot and the waiters were very personal and chatty. Recommended.
