I went here with my 5 yr old son for his haircut. The hair dresser Hannah has definitely not cut kids hair before. She was rough with his head and the machine she used left red marks on his neck.nnShe was rude with him and kept asking him to put his head down in a stern voice. Why offer to cut kids hair if you don’t know how to talk to a kid?nnAt the end of the cut I had to ask her to wipe all the hair that was on his face and neck. Isn’t that a standard? Why would you just tell someone to get up from the chair without wiping the hair?nnNot sure if this was her first day of work or if she’s still in training. Definitely gonna avoid this place AT ALL COSTS. WORST SERVICE EVER!

This place was recommended to us by friends in the area, we were told to ask for the manager or Dallie. The first time we went, two ladies were working. Our son was next in line so we waited patiently for Dallie since the manager was not working that day. While waiting the other stylist walked over and asked if we wanted to go ahead and get his haircut by her or continue to wait. We agreed to wait...... so she started cleaning up her area and was getting ready to leave for the day. Dallie didn’t seem to happy about having to cut our sons hair and in face the other stylist said in front of Dallie “she doesn’t want to cut his hair because he is mixed and she is scared because his hair is textured. They begin to argue in front of us..... we disregarded that event and still received a “okay” hair cut. Fast forward to 111/29/2020 my husband takes both or our boys in for cuts with Dallie, while waiting our oldest son went ahead and let Grace cut his hair. The end product- please see picture. Highly disappointed and will it be going back. I’m always willing to give seconds chances but this is a piss poor job.
I was referred to Sarah from a friend and she did not disappoint!! She is amazing with all hair! She first started cutting my son's hair and it was perfect every time. So then I brought my daughter in and again, a great cut. Did I mention she's great with kids? And then, I got MY hair cut by her. Seriously, one of the best haircuts I've ever had, better than high-end salons. She did the exact cut I wanted and then after she dried my hair, it wasn't hanging right, and she took the time to make sure it was perfect! We've been going to Sarah for years and will continue to do so!!
Checked in online with 2 people in front of me. Wait time was 32min at noon. I'm writing this at 1 after going well beyond my suspect wait time. Apparently a friend of Kristen the stylist that was sitting in an open chair next to her was allowed to go in front of me. I also had a problem with spouses being allowed to wait in vacant chairs next to them while their hair was being cut. Aren't we supposed to be limited occupancy to prevent the spread of covid or not this time? I will take my money elsewhere.
