I love this gym and am having the best experience working with Rachel. Rachel has been amazing to customize what I need and understands issues that can arise with women and body image issues and perfectionism too. I'm so grateful for her help and expertise. I love how private the setting is. The staff is kind, supportive and professional. It's also nice to have a place that is kept clean and safe with the current Covid pandemic. I look forward to my training everyday - I highly recommend this gym!

NexGen is seriously life changing. I’ve been going to the North Frisco location for almost 2 months now and I am a different person than when I started. I came to lose weight but I have gained energy, muscle, confidence and even sleep better I’m top of losing inches. The trainers are beyond knowledgeable and super supportive. I actually look forward to working out now! With NexGen change is possible! Thank you!!!

I have been going here since April 2018 and love it. The staff is great and fully customizes your workout to your needs and goals. The heart rate monitoring is nice so you can see how hard you are actually working out. I will continue to go here as it's hard to argue with the results I have been getting!

First off I want to say that if you are looking at different places for personal training...STOP. This location is hands down the most accommodating and caring group you can encounter. From scheduling to areas of injury, they are always working with you to fit your needs. I can’t say enough about KB, Mike, and Bryce. Ryan, the owner, is a great guy who cares genuinely about all who walk in the door!
