I scheduled an appointment for them to come to my house. The time was between noon and 2:00. At 2:30 I called the company and they said they would have the tech contact me with an eta. At 4:30 I called the company to cancel the call because we had not heard from anyone about the time they were coming out. If someone would have just called me and said hey the guy is running late in another job and could we reschedule, or anything, I would not be writing this review. But to be completely ignored and brushed off by the office and the tech is completely unprofessional. I will be finding another company to do business with.

Called on Saturday to make a same day appointment. After agreeing to the after-hours fee and giving my info, I was told they would text when the tech “was on the way.” That was at 9am. Never received a text. Never got a call. Never got an email. Called twice and left messages. No response. I have no idea how their work is, but if you value your time, I’d call someone else. Unless you like unprofessionalism.

He is such a nice guy and a great electrician. He fixed so many problems so fast and his charge was quite reasonable. I highly recommend him.

If you are looking for a licensed Electrician he is the man. He is honest and knowledgeable. He arrived in a timely manner, and he fixed all of our issues. It was a pleasure to have him in our home.
