Went in last week. They didn’t have the tires that i wanted. Went to Walmart.com and ordered tires and booked an appointment for today.nGot me in at my appt time. Switched the tires to the new ones. Everyone of the tire center employees were friendly easy to talk to.nWonderful experience overall.nWould buys tired here again definitely.nGood job guys
Fixed tire issue a different walmart created.
While traveling through the area, the engine and tire lights came on. The only place open on Sunday was Wal-Mart Auto. The tech checked the air in my tires and attended to the engine light and I was on my way.
for change oil and any minor repair really bad service the employees looking for any reason to reject your service they get paid by hours don’t care about any service from my experience I asked them to change oil for car 2015 Toyota they reject the service because they couldn’t remove the oil filter after one hour waiting it’s not that old carnAlso I requested rotate tires also refused too why said because tires not brand new they only 16 months old I went Toyota service they did everything I requested
I was absolutely blown away by the service from Walmart Auto Care center. I called themand let them know that I had a car that needs a battery and the other Walmart was too busy for me. They said bring my car on in and they would make sure they got to it before they close shop for the day, no matter what time it was. That is absolutely incredible customer service! Jeff and his team were absolutely terrific!
