I decided to try Dent City Hail Repair's services after my truck was hit around 10-20 times with baseball sized hail a few months ago. I cannot even begin to describe how smooth and enjoyable their team made the entire process for me. Every single person I came in contact with was extremely helpful and professional. During my whole experience, I received constant updates with exactly where they were in the repair process. Once I was told my truck was ready to be picked up, I was truly amazed at how perfectly every single dent was repaired (keep in mind, I had big, deep dents and some were even on complex body lines). The truck seriously looks brand new again. Just amazing! I will definitely be coming back to Dent City Hail Repair if needed and I will certainly be referring everyone else I know to go there for their dent repair needs as well! Thank you guys for the world class experience!

Nothing but great things to say. Amy was very helpful in getting me a quote and scheduled to come in. Was able to get my car fixed quickly, and they did outstanding work. They even helped me out by taking care of a few spots I hadn't seen, and didn't charge extra. Great shop and I will definitely come back if I need future work.

Fred was amazing, he quoted me a fair price & his work was incredible, it looks like a brand new car. If you ever have hail damage, this is the place & only place to go in the Frisco & Little Elm area. Fred not only fixed my hail damage but recommended a fantastic mechanic to check my car out & replace the battery.nThese 2 shops on Rose Lane will always get my business & referrals. Being a single woman & even 30 years in the Army & retired Superintendent of schools, I worry about people trying to take advantage of me financially, this is not part of Fred's operation, honesty, customer service, professionalism & he gave me a military discount. Dent City Hail Repair was great! They took care of a few minor dents on the hood of my car from hitting something on the highway. I made an appointment the week prior, and because it was a couple of minor dents, I waited in their lounge area. Everyone was very friendly and professional and I was in and out in 30-minutes and the car is good as new. I highly recommend them!
