Brought this in for the first time due to leaking oil and loss of power steering. Had always taken car to Chrysler Dealership. I had told Chrysler about power steering issue before but only Affordable Auto thought to check the power steering fluid which requires a back tire to be removed to reach. They replaced the housing causing the leak and my car feels like brand new again. I will be taking my car to Affordable from this point on.

If you don't want to get hustled by the dealerships people (which you will and are if you use them for maintenance and repairs outside their warranty) and you live anywhere in the Frisco, Prosper, Little Elm area - give them a try you won't be disappointed. I've taken several of my Vehicles to them over the years and I get the same honest and great service! Hands down the best and won't take advantage of you. Again they are Honest - straight shooters!

True integrity! I recommend this location to everyone needing services. Kind and genuine! They were honest about the time it would take to look at the vehicle. Kenny explained in detail what they found. No pressure, no up sell. Just the honest truth of what needed to be done! Service was provided and I left knowing my issues were fixed. I feel safe and well taken care of!

Completed the work very timely and they were transparent on their repair cost. The only reason for 4 stars is that i have a car warranty and they have issues with their payment system, after charging my credit card I had to wait 30 min while they try to figure how to cover the balance (even though they had already got the approval), and it seems like the gentlemen was calling everyone trying to figure it out . . Repair wise no complaints (alternator replacement on Chrysler . . only been a few days)
