The men at Brakes Plus are great and made my experience amazing! They are not only professional but hilarious! They love their job and it shows. I made an appointment online and had no problem getting in and out quickly. They even gave me a 30% off coupon for a special they were running without me even asking. I needed new brake pads and me not knowing anything about brakes they explained everything to me in the best way possible. I really appreciate their professionalism and good quality work. I highly recommend Brakes Plus on 423 and Little Elm!!

Brakes Plus Little Elm was the best experience ever. Mike, Matt, Jacob, Nick, and George were all professionals and helpful all of the time. The shop was busy and still they all contributed and exercised teamwork to make sure the other guest and I were accommodated. The shop as a whole was clean and the guys operated with complete professionalism and transparency. Communicated throughout the entire time with everyone. They have great values that make a place successful like respect, selfless service and integrity. Most of the time this reflects leadership. I will be back and will recommend this shop to others going forward. Thank you!

Cesar is AMAZING! I highly recommend Brakes Plus solely based on my recent experience with Cesar. I went to a different service center for a simple oil change and was told that I immediately needed 4 new brake pads and rotors because of how worn down they were which would cost me $700... Before paying $700 I decided to get a second opinion. This is where Cesar came in and saved my day! He offered to give me a free inspection with his honest, genuine advice. After inspecting my car, he found that my rotors didn't need replacing (just resurfacing) and that new brakes were in my near future, but not nearly as urgent as the other shop made it seem. I went ahead and replaced my 4 brake pads and did a brake flush which cost me right under $300. I cannot thank Cesar enough for not only saving me $400 today, but for his overall professionalism. Brakes Plus - you now have another customer for life!

I came in needing an oil change, Parker helped me tremendously! He showed me my maintenance history and what needed to be done. My vehicle is my baby, she’s paid off, and is a great little car. So making sure she stays on the road is important to me. I came in needed something small but all the routine items made my car run better. The knowledge and skill of the guys doing the work was very reassuring. If you need a great mechanic, these guys are second to none! Great people doing a great job! I highly recommend this place to my friends! Kudos for showing me all my maintenance history, technology is pretty awesome.
