Waited 2 plus hour for oil change and state inspection even though I had made an appointment. The restroom was unisex which is cool but it was not very clean.nThe rep who helped me was supper nice and professional.

Great customer service and knowledgeable. Eric was great with making sure my flat tire got fixed in no time even though I came in few minutes to closing time, he made sure I got taken care of. Much appreciated!!! Thanks again.

Under NO circumstance should you EVER bring your vehicle here. My husband brought his Dodge pick up truck in because it was leaking coolant. First they replaced the heater core. (To the tune of $2000.00 since to do that, you have to remove the entire dash)nnWhen we got the vehicle back, It was a mess. There was coolant on the floorboards and door jams and everything my husband had in the vehicle was either in the back seat, or mostly exposed in the bed of his truck. Two days later, we realized it was still leaking coolant. They towed the truck back and realized they also had to replace the water pump as well. While they were replacing the water pump, we got a call that one of their technicians had driven over something and flattened the tires on the truck.nnThey also lost the front license plate for the truck since it was on the dash of the vehicle, not on the front bumper (and while on the phone tried to imply that it was our fault they lost it since it should be on the front bumper).nnThe obvious lack of care and workmanship coming out of this shop is infuriating. The manager did cover the cost of the second repair as well as the damages done by their inability to drive a vehicle in a safe manner, but the level of things that have gone wrong are wildly unacceptable.nnDo not risk your vehicle by bringing it here. It may not get fixed properly the first time and who knows what else may happen to it while in their care.

Went in for some new tires and told them what I had wanted, they gave me a decent price for some great tires and they did a great install. However I may have miscommunicated exactly what I wanted and didn’t get what I envisioned. Brooks and his team took care of me after a simple phone call and I got in a day later and they swapped em out for exactly what I wanted. Great team here and I would highly recommend their service, just be clear on what you want and they’ll make it happen! Thanks again y’all!
