Just fished, wasn't at the Marina or Restaurant
Beautiful scenery
Love this Park.
Been going here for 15 years.... 3 weeks ago we rented a cabin 500.00 and 350.00 deposit. I waited 2 weeks called them no refund for deposit and was told they where having issues with their refunds, and I should get min in 2 days. Waited another week which is now 3 weeks since I left, so I call them and now they tell me no refund cause cabin smelt like smoke, we don't smoke never have. I will never return and I will have my lawyer contact you guys and I have made a report to BBB. worst place ever all lies just to keep your money.... as I said we do not smoke and I find it funny you waited 3 weeks to before I was told. You will hear from my lawyer
Park is decent but most public area are behind marina and does not have direct access to open waters. $15 charge for couple of hours in evening is not value for money. Also I am putting 2 stars as I saw some cars were let in without any charge and some were getting charged. There are many other access points to Lake Lewisville and I would suggest using them instead of coming here unless you are planning for a full day or can ckrack a deal so they let you go in without any charge.
