This place has the sweetest customer service! They really do cater to their customers, especially first responders during this time of pandemic! Sam is super sweet especially when you're having a bad day! Always brightens my day and he makes the best coffee! Thank you Sam and team!

This just to be my go to location but after today I will not go back. I placed a mobile order at 10:21 AM arrived at 10:42 AM still wasn’t ready. The employee told me only two to three more and then me. After watching 5 orders go out she said “ yours is almost done.” It wasn’t mine! At 10:52 AM she then told me I had 2-3 orders in front of me. I cancelled my order and told them I wasn’t coming back to that location. She said I don’t care and another employee muttered I didn’t have a choice. I called to get manager’s name and the employee started telling me how the staffed had called in. Not my problem why couldn’t the guy who was just stacking lids help.

I feel like this location is understaffed because I typically wait over 10 minutes for my order, whether I place it ahead of time online or in the cafe. The baristas all do their best, but are constantly running behind at peak hours. Hire some more workers please!

This Starbucks is friendly and inviting. Today they were overwhelmed with traffic and they handled it extremely well. They stayed positive even when customers were unkind and made adjustments calling out the names on the orders being prepared, which always makes for a better customer experience. For a while there were only two people running the show, and then a 3rd woman appeared and that certainly helped. These ladies did a great job of keeping a positive vibe and getting orders out. I know it was a tough morning, but I hope they read this and know that their dedication and kindness did not go unnoticed!

This is one of my favorite Starbucks. First of all, the staff is very friendly. They try to learn your name, and when they’re not swamped they try to engage you in conversation.nnIt’s kind of self serving, but the reason I find myself at this location all the time is because they will do a pour-over decaf. At many other locations when you order a decaf coffee they just make a decaf Americano. Then it comes out bland, and watered-down. I know that a pour-over takes a lot more effort, but when you order coffee you want coffee, not watered-down espresso. I appreciate their commitment to make what the customer wants even if it causes them more work.
