Okay food, took too long to get, had to walk in store from drive thru to get the rest.
The burger was dry and hard. It tasted like it had been sitting around for several hours. This is not typical of all McDonald's but this one in Little Elm.
Awful service, 20 mins for 2 oranges juices. Never got them, left.
The fries were not hot. They just had them on the rack
Came by just for a snack for my kids. All I ordered was fries and drinks. I’ve been waiting 20 minutes, my baby is crying. I called the restaurant and they said they’re waiting on fries. I’m sitting curbside and at least 20 cars have come and gone through the drive through. No apologies, just typical bad customer service. I guess none of the people in the drive through ordered fries. Because that’s pretty typical at McDonald’s right?
