I have had to jump through hoops to get the advisor to comply with my requests. I moved some funds from EJ to Merrill Lynch (great company!), he has fought me every step of the way! I had the address on the account changed and he STILL will send mail to her. I did the annual review of the account with him and he AGAIN sent a request to her to call him for the review.nnI have repeatedly, in writing, requested that all communications come to me. I WILL WITHDRAW ALL FUNDS.nnAnd never use EJ for anything.Take my advice and use another brokerage!
