I placed my order online for carry-out/curbside. When I arrived, I click on the button that I was outside, yet, no one came to the car. Some time passed and I had to call to have my order brought to me. Lastly, when I got home, opened the box, I noticed a large piece of cardboard baked into the pizza! NOT cool!!!

EVERYTIME I order for pick up.. I’m standing at the register for what seems like EVER without being acknowledged. The employees see me standing waiting to be helped yet they do nothing but turn the other way & continue working. Their customer see is in there is HORRIBLE. You’re better off ordering and having it delivered.

I placed an order at 11pm. It is now 1:40am. The order tracker has said that my order was being prepared for the last hour. The store is now closed, and after checking my debit card, I see that my purchase was refunded without as much as a phone call. I don’t appreciate this at all. That is no way to treat a paying customer.

We order here a lot in on this occasion they were just apparently too busy for customer service. When I called to add cinnamon sticks to the order I was on hold three different times for a total of five minutes just to be told they couldn’t figure out how to add it to the order. I asked them to figure it out during my 20 minute drive to pick up my pizza when I showed up they told me if I wanted cinnamon sticks it be another 20 minutes.

I repeat don't eat at this location they are horrible pizza dough not cooked all the way through so for pizza if it's Pizza hut you want then I suggest you order from the Pizza hut in forney Texas........
