Great people to deal with. They are willing to work with drivers and try there best to get them back on the road. Julie is an awesome lady in the office. She's good at her job and friendly and always has a smile on her face. Fast with paperwork. Polly is fast on the forklift to get you loaded fast. She always has a smile and kind word for people. Both ladies are an asset to W.O.W.

The office for shipping/receiving is on the Engel dr. Truck can park on both side of street while check in. Pick up / delivery on time by appointment only. Walk in without schedule will be $150 fee. This street not traffic if you come early I think you can standing at Brown st between two warehouse. Portable restroom at the front of office. Fast unload.
Just booked a load picking up from this place. But after reading all the reviews drivers are leaving I'm going to call the broker and cancel this load.
